Cannot deploy VNC across domain

I have tried deploying UltraVNC across our domain and I'm constantly getting 'access denied'

I have a test PC that I'm using and simple file sharing is off. It wont delete the old TightVNC 1.2.9 and install UltraVNC.

Access Denied every time.

Chapel,
simplified file sharing must be disabled on the computer your are trying to install VNC to, it's OK to have it enabled on a computer running the VNC Manager.

Chapel,  Did you have any luck with this issue?  I upgraded to 5.5.13 and it broke my ability to deploy VNC.  I previously was on 5.5.12 and had no problem pushing any of the VNCs to clients in our domain.  I keep getting access denied.  I followed the KB articles about file sharing and DCOM but still no luck.
