Does anyone else have an issue with licensing an older version of SmartCode ServerX?

We have valid licenses for both the ServerX and ViewerX ActiveX controls.  We we attempt to license the product, we get an error message that "The license key you have entered has expired".  How does a License Key Expire???  The dialog gives us an option to Buy Now!, License Now or Trial.  Obviously we want to License the product since we have already paid for it!

If you've had this issue, how did you resolve it?

Hi Tom, 
As I've explained in the support ticket reply: you are using a build of ServerX, which is not covered by the maintenance. Hence the reason for the licensing error.
