Hello, I tried to use the pass-through connection but the VM list did not show any VM. I already opened port 2179 through Host's Firewall. Any idea to fix this?

Hi, Port 2179 is not required to fetch VMs list. We use WMI to fetch the list, which requires RPC ports opened on the Hyper-V server. Is your client computer and the remote Hyper-V server are in the same domain (active directory)? Are you seeing any errors, or the window just comes up empty?

On the computer with SmartCode VNC Manager installed, please run the following PowerShell script and email the output details to support@s-code.com

Get-VM –computername ‘HyperV-SERVER’ | Export-Csv -Path .\PowerShellListing.csv
