Hi, We have recently upgraded our version of VNC Manager Std from version 4 to the latest release. We use Tight VNC on the clients.
When using version 4 everything worked fine on all Windows 2008/2008 R2 servers and all 600 Windows 7 Service pack 1 workstations.
Now that we have upgraded to the latest release, we have noticed that when we VNC onto either a server or workstation the background
goes brown and is very blocky. If we reduce the colour depth to 256 colours then we loose the blocky background but have a poor
VNC experience. If we go back to the original version 4 then all works fine again. Is there something in the latest version that we could change
to stop the poor colour depth problem?
