We are running a training class for 8 students using a good sized VMWare VMDK setup.  All the student and the instructor machines are new Lenovo quad cores with 16GB ram.  A couple of the students are at a remote location.  With smartcode manager running along with the VM, the instructor machine slows down to a crawl to become almost unuseable. We suspect that both the VM and the Manager are taxing the same core somehow.  Has anyone experienced this and are there any work arounds to switch Manager to another core

Hello,
should the problem happen again, please open the Task Manager and check how much RAM your VNC Manager instance is using.

In the 6.8.12 and 6.8.13 we fixed a couple of nasty memory leaks related to the VNC thumbnails view and built-in VNC viewer features.
So it might be a good idea to upgrade to the latest 6.8.13 build.

Thanks for the suggestion.  We will upgrade and see how that works out.  for the time being we are running the manager on a different machine from the instructors VM.
