Thanks Yury,
The "All Computers" folder that you have is just that, all computers and servers in the AD tree, regardless of location in the AD structure are in that one view/folder. You should be able to see this container and it's contents in the AD structure and not have to browse through all of the computers in the entire AD structure by going the the VNC Manager Linked AD "All Computers" folder.
The CN=Computers container in the default system location that computers are placed when they are joined to AD. Generally, I move machines out of this system default Computers container and into my own user created OU structure but many times there are machines setting in that Computers container that haven't been moved out yet or that are going to be there temporarily. This container should show up in the linked AD structure of VNC Manager as it is a valid container in AD that has a very good possibility of having computers in it. You should be able to see this container and it's contents in the AD structure and not have to browse through all of the computers in the entire AD structure by going the the VNC Manager Linked AD "All Computers" folder. You may have just imaged and joined a lab of 10, 20, or 50 computers to AD, need to connect to them. They would be in the Computers CN.
I've never understood why some of these default containers are CNs instead of OUs but that is how Microsoft designed AD.
