Hi

Reading the forums you appear to have fixed an issue back in Version 3.5 whereby the MAC address of a Registered Computer was not being carried accross to the WOL command screen.  However I appear to be suffering this problem on version 5.5.15.0 (Ent).

The IP address is carried forward but not the MAC.

It looks like it carries foward fine just after computer registration but if you restart the client then it is no longer carried forward.  (The MAC is still stored in the registration and can be copy/pasted to the WOL screen but this is not ideal)

Can you please advise

Thanks

Hi,

could you please clarif, are you talking about the case when a MAC address is entered via the Registered Computer Properties Sheet or when a MAC address gets descovered via computer status updater thread?

I couldn’t reproduce the problem using the latest 5.5.25 build. Could you please provide me with exact test steps?

Please note that the 5.5.15.0 build that you use is a fairly old one, if you have an active Subscription Plan I suggest you upgrade to the latest build.
