Hello,

when I disconnect from a VNC session, program asks me if I really want to disconnect.
I'm selecting Yes/OK and then the VNC manager's window closes !
I didn't notice this bug before.
Do you have the same problem ?
I did latest update one hour ago (5.5.23.0)

I'm using SecureVNC plugin with custom keys and changed the default port to 9500.

Can you help me please ?

Thanks a lot. Best regards !

Please download the following file:
http://www.s-code.com/download/tmp/scvncctrl.dll
and copy it into the application installation folder:
c:\Program Files\SmartCode Solutions\VNC Manager (Enterprise Edition)

Then try to reproduce the issue. Please let me know the result.

Hello,

I'm experiencing the same problem, the connexion is still impossible.

You need more details :

- VNC Manager 5.5.23.0 is installed on server n°1 (console 1)
- VNC Manager 5.5.22.1 is installed on server n°2 (console 2)

- 1 VNC server pushed with the latest VNC Manager version (1)
- 10 VNC servers pushed with the old VNC Manager version  (2)

I'm able to connect to the 10 VNC servers with both consoles. When VNC session is over, console 1 will close itself.

I'm not able to connect if the client was pushed with console 1, in all cases. Same thing with the DLL update.

I'm not getting any message in console but with the VNC viewer. I get a Write socket error.

I don't know more about the issue. Do you have any idea ?

PS : No trouble without SecureVNC DSM plugin, connection good, no error on exit.

Thanks.

The problem could be caused by a bug in our SecureVNC DSM plug-in implementation. I'll be investigating this issue tomorrow and update this thread with my findings.
