I keep getting this error when running VNC Manager, usually when I'm browsing through my list of computers, not really anything exciting.

Any ideas?
Thanks,
-Greg

Hi Greg,
this looks like a bug in the Infragistics GUI toolkit Sad I'm going to forward this to the Infragistics support, hopefully they will be able to provide us with a hotfix for this problem.

If the crash happens on a regular basis, could you please send us steps to reproduce the problem?

Sorry I can't give any more detailed information about this bug, its been happening somewhat frequently but there doesn't seem to be anything that consistently reproduces the problem. Generally I use VNC Manager to VNC into various machines on our racks (30 racks of 16 machines, each rack in its own group). The only other thing that I use it for is to run batch scripts with the execute remote command option. If I find anything more about this problem I'll let you know. Thanks Smile

It seems to have gone away after a reboot, I should have tried that in the first place Tongue

Ever since I installed Standard v5.5.12.0 x32, I've been experiencing many more crashes than previous versions.
Below is the information from the most recent crash this morning.
It usually happens when I disconnect a session, but it does seem to matter if the connection is via VNC or RDP.
The previous version I had installed was std v5.0.18.0.
I'm running it on an XP SP3 PC.
I hope you can help, let me know if you need further information to troubleshoot the issue.

This looks like exactly the same error. Later this week we will be releasing a new VNC Manager build. It will include new build of Infragistics NetlAdvantage libraries, which is supposed to fix the problem.

I am getting the same error several times a day running version 5.5.14.0 x64 on Windows 7 64 bit. I was also getting it with 5.5.12.0 x64. It seems to happen at random.

I'm very sorry about this problem Sad It's not something that we could fix it in our source code, Infragistics has to fix the bug in their source code. I'm going to write them again and demand the problem fixed.

Should the crash happen again, please post here the last action that you performed in the VNC Manager before the crash occured.

It has happened on opening a new RDP session to a Windows XP box, closing an RDP session on a Windows 2008 server, closing a VNC session on a Windows XP box, and when exiting the program.
