Is it possible to just list the computers in certain OU's in active directory?

I am currently an admin for 2 different OU's in a large domain.  It would be nice to just get a list of computers that I administer...

There will be support for AUs in the v3.5. In the current v3.5 Beta Computers Registration Wizard and Dynamic Search Folders doesn't allow to specify AU filtering criteria. But this feature is going to be added soon.

When adding computers via the "Computer Registration Wizard" by browsing AD computers, is there a certain structure I need to follow?  I keep getting error messages.

using 3.5 beta

Actually the error was because of a typo.

When I do pull the data throu AD though, It only list the computers that (I think) are not in an OU which is about 20 computers.  It doesn't pull any of the ones that I admin which is a little over 2000 computers.

hmm strange, we fetch all objects from add with filtering criteria set to:

"objectCategory=computer"

I just tried to do a simple test. Take a look on the screenshots. This is our test domain. It has one DC and two workstations. I've created a test OU called TestLab and assigned one of the workstatons to this OU. And the registration wizard returned all theree computers.

Starting from 3.5.18.0 build, we will support OU searches.
OU is also supported in Fetch Contact Details and Dynamic Search Folders.
