I VPN into a VPN server and have a 192.168.1 network. I can find those VNC servers. I also have a VPN from another location connected to the same VPN server and that network is 192.168.3. There are also some web servers in this network scenario on a 192.168.2 network. How can I find a VNC servers. I have spec'ed three ip ranges to scan. The 192.168.1 PCs show up (also under network neighborhood). What am I missing?

I'm not sure what's wrong but it sounds like a network routing issue to me. Are you able to ping 192.168.3 and 192.168.2 networks? Since they are not shown in the network neighborhoods tree it sounds like the networks are unreachable or may be some ports are blocked by a firewall.
