Well since RealVNC source code is closed it's gonna be hard to implement these features. We probably can implements the second one - "usernames and passwords of up to 256 characters". Since we can sniff at traffic and get an idea about how this feature is implemented.
But security features, they are impossible to implement without RealVNC help. I guess it won't make it to the v3.0 release. Since we planned a lot already and we are on very tight schedule. But we will try to talk with RealVNC guys, and if they will be so kind to provide us with details on security features implementation, then it will be implemented for sure.

Eather have UltraVNC have all those features when it comes out or other things... I know that you have a tight schedule but it is just one more thing that will help your company with its software..
