Remote PC restart/shutdow feature has been implemented more than an year ago. But this feature included in Enterprise Edition only.

Nope... I seem to mis-understand... But forsome reason I am un-successful when I do your remote re-boot function in Smart VNC manager this might be becuase a certain port is blocked by my firewall on the server. Who knows..
This is not important anymore but as long as it works and if it dosen't then addaquate documentation or help pop's would be great to have on the window.

I'm not sure, but I think it’s mentioned on our FAQ page that VNC Manager uses WMI for 99% of remote management operations. WMI uses remote procedure call (RPC) transport (and ports) to establish connections with remote computer. So if it's a firewall issue, then you should open RPC port. Another reason could be that you don't have enough rights to reboot remote computer, but that's unlikely.
