| Unable to connect with ICA client using 128-Bit encryption set as a global option, folder option, or computer specific option. Server responds that the client doesn't have correct encryption level. Enterprise Version 5.0.11.0. Connecting from the same machine using IE7 Vista64 Enterprise SP2 and current local ICA web client works fine.

I'm in process of investigating your report and I cannot seem to reproduce this problem. So I configured our XenApp to require 128bit encryption. This was done by setting HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\ICA-tcp\MinEncryptionLevel to 40.The VNC Manager's built-in ICA client seems to work just fine. It fails to connect if I'd use encryption lever lower than 128bit and connects just fine using 128bit enecryption. Can you tell me how is your Citrix server configured to require the 128bit encryption level. Is it done via GPO or the registry setting?

| The system is set to RC5(128bit) under the Citrix Connection Configuration App, under the Advanced Connection Settings. This is on a PS4.0 Builed 2198 SP 2005.04. GPO is not being used. The registry key specified above matches what is set on our server.

The system is set to RC5(128bit) under the Citrix Connection Configuration App, under the Advanced Connection Settings. I think this application was removed from the latest version of XenApp. I remember reading about it today. Could you please post a screenshot of this application with the settings screen visible?
