Since there doesn't seem to be much activity here I am going to post a few.
I would really like to have VM as a portable application. It doesn't seem like it would be a stretch. For many support people having this in their pockets would make life a dream. I carry all my essential tools on a USB stick except VM. All my VM configs are on the stick as well as the latest install file but I feel very lost if I have no way to install it.

| I support the requestor. A portable version would be great. Most of my "support" programs are portable. Why not this one?
