Hi S-Code,

So far we've found UVNC 1.0.5.3 (S-Code repackaged and deployed via VNCM) extremely unreliable (constant freezing, slow etc.) so is basically useless!

So for now we're sticking to 1.0.2.x

I have been noticing since 4.5.5.0 and now in 4.5.6.0 the sessions to 1.0.2.x hosts frequently freezes after opening and closing the file transfer window!

This occurs when connected to machines that have been running 1.0.2.x without a problem for over 12 months, and have not have their installations of UVNC uninstalled or reinstalled.

This doesn't seem to happen when you quickly open and close the transfer window, rather if it's been open for several minutes and files have been transferred!

I hope you can help!

Regards,
Graeme Lucas

I'm not 100% sure, but I think I was able to reproduce this one. I had the FT window for a while, when closed it and the VNC viewer wasn't showing any screen updates. There is a workaround for this particular issue - click the Request Full Screen Refresh button on the toolbar.

I'm going to investigate this issue further.

And it has been fixed Please download and unzip the following file into the VNC Manager installation folder:
http://www.s-code.com/download/hotfix/scvncctrl_ftfix.zip

It fixes the following issue: you open FT window and then close it. The VNC viewer window stops rendering screen updates.

Sorry to say this but I'm still experiencing the same problem after applying the fix

I guess we fixed some other bug Would it be possible for you to record a short video demonstrating the problem? Like the YouTube videos you uploaded in the past.
