Hi guys,

I'm sure Windows 7 issues are not supported yet so this is more informational than anything.

I'm using a slightly older version, just because it's what we have here at the office, and have had no issues in Vista/XP. I recently upgraded to the Windows 7 Beta and this is the first issue I've run into.

While I fully understand if this is not supported, I'd like to solve this if possible.

Here's the error output:

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

Thanks again for your help. Smile

Hi Jeff,
We are aware about this issue. At this time it seems that the bug is actually in the .Net runtime shipped with Windows 7 Beta. In particular in the GetThumbnailImage method. We have already submitted a bug report to Windows7 beta program and awaiting for a response from MS.

Hey there.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll see what I can figure out with the .NET version. Maybe it can be uninstalled and downgraded.

Good news! It seems that the prolem is fixed in Windows 7 v7048 build. Now VNC Manager can work on Win7 without any problems.
