I have a problem with thumbnails not being rendered properly. They look like this:
When I refresh the thumbnails screen, the colored bars just move around. It happens on all the machines. I use the UltraVNC server 1.0.5.3.
Any idea what is wrong?

| This issue occurs when ZLIBHEX encoding is used. To workaround this problem please change VNC connection encoding to ZLIB, Tight, or HEXTILE. The easiest way to change encoding for all thumbnail items would be to open Tools->Options->VNC Thumbnails, check the "Use default connection settings" checkbox. Then click on the Edit Settings button and select VNC encoding.
