We just discovered that while the download page for the VNC Manager (Enterprise Edition) on www.download.com lists it as v4.5.5.0 but the download file they host is actually build 4.5.4.1 (pre-release build with critical VNC viewer bug).
So if you downloaded the VNC Manager (Ent. Ed.) from download.com in the past ten days it mean that most probably you have a pre-release version of the VNC Manager install. You can check the version number via Help->About menu command. It should be v4.5.5.0. If it’s not please download the latest build from here.

The problem has been fixed, Download.com now hosts the correct build of the VNC Manager v4.5.5.0
