| I have Eaton Powerware UPS's here. When VNC Manager (4.5.2.0) tries to scan it, it just hangs. It would be real handy if I could control what kind of scan VNC Manager tried to do by group or by device.

Hi Lee,
could you please run scan this device using only one type of scan enabled, i.e. VNC, RDP, SSH, or Ping. Please let us know which one of these particular scans hangs.

| The UPS is an embedded device and only supports a web-based interface. Ping is the only scan I have enabled on it and it just stops when it gets to this device. By stop, I mean it tries to ping scan it and check the logged-on user and won't go on to my other devices.

Is there any chance for as to get access to your network via VPN connection so we could run the VNC Manager on our side under a debugger and try to scan your device? This way we could fairly quickly identify what causes the problem. Please PM me or send email to support@s-code.com if there is such possibility.
