After fighting with and giving up on VNC under Vista, I've decided to try to give RDP a try.  Is there a way in VNC Manager to specify the /admin switch for mstcs?  With that switch I'll be able to view the user's desktop as they are viewing it.  Otherwize in Vista, and in XP SP3 too, the connection logs in a new user.

This is my sig...

Hi,
to edit the global settings you should open Tools->Options->Defaults->Edit Global Settings button. Navigate to the RDP\General node and check the Console connection button.

Now in your registered computer properties you should select that it uses the Global Settings.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

I have "Connect to server console" checked, but every time I connect via RDP it always ask me to log in and when logging in it always logs off the other user.  I would like to shadow the user and see what they are seeing so I can trouble shoot the problems they see under their account.

"Connect to console" and RDP shadowing are two different features. Currently the VNC Manager doesn't have GUI to setup RDP shadowing although it could be easily added in the future builds.
