I don't think this is necessarily a bug with VNC Manager, but I was wondering why when I scan for computers, the old computer name shows up instead of the name I changed it to last month.
Thanks,
Jim

If the name was changed a month ago and then it suddenly appeared during the scan then most probably something is wrong with a DSN server. I'm not sure how such behaviour could occurs, but the VNC Manager doesn't cache computers names, it queries them from a DNS server during the scan.

I have the same issue.I'm leary to believe it's an issue with the DNS due to the fact that on initial scan it retrieves the computer names are they are. It's when they change it has an issue. My DNS is working properly, nslookup is 100% at returning client name. This is a bug.
