Sometimes the Smartcode application is running and shows as focused on my Windows taskbar, but its behind other windows on my desktop. I have to either bring something else into focus, then go back to smartcode, or click the smartcode task a few times to minimize and re-maximize it to the foreground. It only happens with this application.
Annoying.

Does this happen when you start the application or when it has been running for a while already? If this happens during the start-up then this is something we may look at and potentially could be a bug.
