I leave VNC Manager open all day and connect to many servers during that day constantly connecting, disconnecting etc.

I notice after a while the memory usage keeps increasing. Yesterday, after one day, it was using 200mb.
While I simply closed VNC Manger and reopened it (where it went back down to 50mb) I thought it best to mention it!

If it helps, I connect to both VNC and RDP servers and use SSH tunnels extensively.

You shouldn't worry much about this issue. Actually there is no issue at all. The VNC Manager is a .Net based application, and it's known fact that Windows Task Manager doesn't show correctly memory usage for a .Net based applications. The following article explains this topic in more details:  How much memory does my .NET application use?
