I am finding that VNC Manager does not like to save all the passwords.
I set a password for a group and set all the machines within it to use the group password.
They then switch back to "this computer properties" seemingly at random.
Also, if I set or change a password for a given machine, sometimes it will forget it, or go back to the previous password.
And finally, though far less frequent, the SSH tunnel password will be forgotten too.

Hopefully all these problems will be gone in the v3.6. Since in this new version we redesigned the way how settings can be inherited from a parent folder or from the global settings. Also a logon credentials templates features has been implemented, which should be very useful for a users managing many computers with different logon credentials.

Guys could you please email the VNC Manager's config files located at %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Smart Code\ to support@s-code.com and also provide list of steps to reproduce the problem. We will try to follow the steps using your config file and if there is a problem a bug fix build will be release asap.

I'm having this problem with ver. 3.6.18 on XP Pro. I set all servers to use the global settings for VNC credentials. It changes the servers at the time, but if I shut down the program and restart, each server returns to "This computer properties." I click on "Save Current Configuration," but that doesn't seem to matter. Thanks, Jim.

UPDATE: we have reuploaded build 3.6.19.0 with a fix for the problem included. If you have v3.6.19.0 installed on your computer already, you should uninstall it first and then installed the fixed 3.6.19.0 build.
