The fix resolves two issues:- VNC viewer crashes when "Screen Stretch" mode is On
- VNC viewer repainting problems when "Screen Stretch" mode is On
To apply the fix please download the following file: http://www.s-code.com/download/vm35_fixes/scvncctrl.dll Close the VNC Manager if you have it running. Copy the file to the VNC Manager installation folder. (Default: c:\Program Files\SmartCode Solutions\VNC Manager (Enterprise Edition)) If you had the above described problems, please let us know if how the VNC Manager works with the fix applied.

From what I can tell, this .dll has not resolved the issue. After 27 minutes, almost on the dot, the image freezes. Below is the setup:Widescreen Laptop, Gateway M-285E Desktop-VNC Manager SmartCode Standard Edition (2.5.83.0) - Regular aspect monitor Projector - Standard aspect After 27 minutes of successful projecting, the image being transfered to the desktop freezes. The connection and control of the laptop from the desktop still works, but the image fixed on the monitor is frozen. Closing results in an error. The program closes. I have been able to get the following error message details: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box. ************** Exception Text ************** System.OutOfMemoryException: Failed to create a bitmap compatible with the screen to get information about screen bitmap format. at System.Windows.Forms.DibGraphicsBufferManager.bFillBitmapInfo(IntPtr hdc, IntPtr hpal, BITMAPINFO_FLAT& pbmi) at System.Windows.Forms.DibGraphicsBufferManager.CreateCompatibleDIB(IntPtr hdc, IntPtr hpal, Int32 ulWidth, Int32 ulHeight, IntPtr& ppvBits) at System.Windows.Forms.DibGraphicsBufferManager.CreateBuffer(IntPtr src, Int32 offsetX, Int32 offsetY, Int32 width, Int32 height) at System.Windows.Forms.DibGraphicsBufferManager.AllocBuffer(Graphics targetGraphics, IntPtr targetDC, Rectangle targetBounds) at System.Windows.Forms.DibGraphicsBufferManager.AllocBuffer(IntPtr target, Rectangle targetBounds) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.WmPaint(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.ScrollableControl.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.ContainerControl.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Form.WndProc(Message& m) at Infragistics.Win.ToolTipFormEx.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.ControlNativewindow.OnMessage(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.ControlNativewindow.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Nativewindow.Callback(IntPtr hWnd, Int32 msg, IntPtr wparam, IntPtr lparam)

Tony, thanks for the bug report. This crash seems like a completely different issue and most probably caused by a bug in the v2.5. Have you tried to install the latest v3.5.25.0 and check if the issue still exists?PS: I cannot see the screenshot, it fails to load. Could you please send it to support@s-code.com?
