I'm new VNC in general, I've had some experience with WebEx, Terminal Services/Remote Desktop, and a few others.  Anyway, what is this repeater and how do I implement it?  It looks like a server that runs out on the internet where both the server and client can establish outbound connections to and then use it as a relay.  However, it only appears to support one connection at a time.  Is there any way to script out multiple instances at once??  I know the repeater is NOT a SmartCode product, but a VNC add-on, but any suggestions would be great.

Actually in not so distant future we might be releasing a GPL version of Repeater with some enhanced features Wink

Anyway Repeater is a proxy component that allows to hide VNC servers with private IP address and still have them accessible from outside network.  A typical configuration would look like

VNC Client (1..n) | INTERNET |  COMPANY FIREWAL | Repeater | VNC Servers (1..n)

Connections to Repater are identified by a connection ID, so for a VNC client to connect to a VNC server, he doesn't have to know server's IP address, he only have to know the connection ID. I think the more detailed information can be found on UltraVNC web site.

You answered most of my questions.  I did know about the connectionID, this is great.  I'm looking for a windows repeater that can handle multiple server and client connections simultaneously.  The repeater I downloaded from the UltraVNC website seemed to do one at a time.
