VNC Manager 3.5.21.0 does not remmber the location of the Toolbars. I move them either to be verticaly set on the left or to be no loaded at all. As soon as I re-load VNC Manager they're back to where they started  .
Smally Bug ?

The toolbars seems to get restored OK for the main window, but not for the viewer windows. Is that the same problem that you are experiencing?

I think that one is "by design"  at the moment. If I remember correctly it has something to do with Infragistics UI library.
