I am looking for a way to offer remote support to my clients. I have many clients with NetScreen VPN solutions which allows me to connect and troubleshot remotely. But, there are some which do not have NetScreens and I would like to still offer them remote support. My vision is to have them use vnc sc which will connect to a server (creating a session) in my office and I will be able to take control of their session from my workstation. This would be generally a call support center scenario where people will connect and they will be queued until me or another tech grabs their sessions. I want to avoid the monthly cost of a web service to allow this as my budget will not allow it. Am I on the right track wanting to use VNC SC with Repeater 5 to implement this? Or, is there another secure VNC scenario to use, or any other software which will get me to where I would like to be? Any help would greatly be appreciated... TIA

I do exactly that. If you go to my website www.stsanford.com and click on remote support, you will see my implementation of SC. For example, fill out the form and then submit, you will be re-directed to a page which will download the SC client. I have used the Offline SC creator to create a connection which doesn't have any options and just automatically connects.
If you have questions, send me a message.
