To fix we created a .reg file that inserted the following in the registry.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]

"WinVNC"="\"C:\\Program Files\\UltraVNC\\WinVNC.exe\" -servicehelper"

This registry entry caused the eyeball to appear in the system tray each time the comptuer was restarted.

After reporting this bug to you: When pushing UltaVNC to Windows XP SP2 machines using SmartCode VNC manager the XP machines immediately showed the eyeball in the system tray. But the eyeball disappears and does not return after the first restart.

RE: Possible bug, "Failed to import registry entries."

Thanks! the bug has been fixed.
