I installed VNC
Manager 5.5.1.0 x64. Everything works well with the exception of my own machine.
Instead of my ip address (recently used ip address) I see ::1. I'm running ipv4
and 6 both. When I try to do an arp scan on my machine, it fails. I also no
longer see the currently logged-in users for any of my machines on the
network. All the other machines on the network are WindowsXP Pro SP3.

RE: [FIXED 5.5.3.1] Windows 7 Issues

The probem with the logged on users has been fixed in the 5.5.3.1. Please download it from:
http://www.s-code.com/download/beta/SmartCode%20VNC%20Manager%20(Enterprise%20Edition)%20x64.exe
Only the x64 build was affected by this problem. We used the 32-bit build to reproduce the issue and that's why we couldn't reproduce it.

Thank you for taking your time and reporting these bugs to us!

RE: [FIXED 5.5.3.1] Windows 7 Issues

Yes, installing the latest allowed me to see my correct IPv4 address. Thank you.

Any ideas on why i'm not seeing the logged in users anymore?
RE: [FIXED 5.5.3.1] Windows 7 Issues

Update: We just had to re-release the v5.5.3.0 and the fix for the ARP issues has been included in the updated v5.5.3.0.
Please do give it a try.

RE: [FIXED 5.5.3.1] Windows 7 Issues

::1 is an IPv6 address. It's equivalent to 127.0.0.1 in IPv4.

The second issue with ARP (it's related to IPv6) is fixed in the upcoming 5.5.3.1. This build will be released tomorrow.

As a workaround you can disable IPv6 support for your computer's network card.
