To find the logged in user, I have to open the System Information tool. Most probably the computers your are trying to access over the internet have a private IP address and not reachable from outside. It's also possible that they are blocked by a firewall. Try to run regedit.exe and connect to the remote computer via File-&gt;Connect Network Registry command.
