I don't think we will do it. Just for the sake of consistent GUI.
It will be posible to rename My Servers folder in the 3.1 release.
I'm not sure what would be a point in doing so? How it's different from Start listening Server command available in the VNC Manager?
You are correct current version doesn't remember "expanded" state of these folders. We will try to implement it in the 3.1 also.

- customize fonts in My Servers and Navigation Tree

- rename My Servers folder to something else

- Be able to Register a new VNC server that starts in listen mode

- Permemently collapse Entire Network and Search Folders (doesn't seem to stick when I restart)
