Cannot uninstall/change VNC password

I cant seem to get the VNC password reset wizard to work.. It has worked in the past but not anymore. Also I cannot uninstall VNC through the wizard. Any help would be awesome. Here is the log entry...

Uninstalling VNC distribution: SmartCode UltraVNC v1.0.8.0
Searching for MSI package installation registration.
MSI installation has been found.
Invoking Uninstall command.

Uninstalling VNC distribution: Native UltraVNC v1.0.8.0

It says success but when I cgo back and check it it is still there and I can still log into it.

Yes it will uninstall via add/remove programs.

It could be that the installation has become corrupted. Could you try to login to the computer in question and try to uninstall VNC via the Add/Remove programs.
I'm curious to know if you would receive any errors.
