deployment issue with 4.5 (using trial version)

So when i run a deployment the uninstall goes smoothly and then i get this: (appended)

Retrieving a local path for the share: ADMIN$
C:\WINDOWS\
Starting installer.
Return code: 0
Validating installation.
Failed to find the uninstall registry key. Assuming failed installation.
Finished processing install tasks.

in the app event viewer log i see this

Product: UltraVNC 1.0.5 (Repackaged by SmartCode Solutions) -- Error 1920.Service uvnc_service (uvnc_service) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

Thoughts?
