The only way to view both monitors at the same time now, is to use the UVNC viewer and manually press a button on their tool bar until both monitors show. It's affecting VNC Manager unfortunately. Do you guys know if there is a way to force both monitors to display at the same time upon connection in VNC Manager?

I've been bugging the UVNC folks, and they seem steadfast on not adding the ability for their viewer to have a switch to default to both monitors, rather than a manual change on each connect. So even using the external viewer for VNC Manager is not helping any.

Thanks,

Scott

RE: UVNC changing multi-monitor support
As many issues as UVNC is having with 1.04, I'm starting to think I need to consider a different VNC source. You guys support 4 right now, correct? Any suggestions on which one to try in a mixed XP/Vista environment with dual monitors on 90% of the machines?
Unfortunately if you need to support Vista environments the best alternative would be RDP. I do agree with you that 1.0.4 isn't ready for the prime time, it crashes way too often.

RE: UVNC changing multi-monitor support

Thanks, can't wait to see the new stuff.

As many issues as UVNC is having with 1.04, I'm starting to think I need to consider a different VNC source. But thanks for bringing it to our attention! This problem will be reviewed after we finished with 4.0.14.0 build, which is going to introduce a few cool new features to the Remote Exec.
