change VNC-settings without reinstall?

is it possible to change VNC-settings remotely (for example "Prompt local user to accept connections) without reinstall of VNC server ?

Is there a way to set the default view only mode to Yes in the Java applet for tight VNC. I thought that there might be a registry setting of some kind to always load in View only mode without mouse movement instead of having to select it every time.

I used vncconfig –display :[DISPLAY] to do a vncshare and enabled the guest login I forgot to disable it and I can not connect to the vncviewer again. How can I disbale this now.
