After finding that VNC Manager being one of the most useful tools I have came across in years. Now I have been looking at trying to find a way to integrate this in to our HelpDesk system and came to this conclusion.
I think you guys should take a stab of developing a help desk system comparable to Cerberus or Kayako in functionality. Coupled with VNC Manager it just might redefine that market. Plus it would give me a chance have a more unified support system... well maybe that’s just being a little selfish on my part.
