If you try to call the both method (openchat and OpenFileTransfer) to a remote machine that is using UltraVNC 1.0.9.5, it does not work. Before I start the method I check using the Capabilities and for this version (November 2010) returns false.
When the remote machine is using some older version, like a 1.0.6.5 version (August 2009 ) this work perfectly.
Any ideas ?
I am using the last version of ViewerX (3.1.6.0).

Thanks for reporting the problem!
I guess UltraVNC changed the RFB protocol in the 1.0.9.x.
Most probably a new build of ViewerX addressing the problem will be released by the end of this week.
