Hey there,
I was talking to one of your techs about 2 years ago and he said that citrix support was scheduled for release in version 4.
Unless im blind (Which is a possibility) there has been no signs of this feature even being considered to be implemented.
I'm sure that this ability will greatly improve your product as a all-in-one management system.

 it didn't make it to the 4.0 release. But as soon as we finished with v4.0 (most probably this week) we will start working on the next release and will re-evaluate possibility of adding Citrix support.

The long promised Citrix ICA support is coming in the 5.0.11.0 RC build. The build should be released within next few days.
