I use public key for SSH (tunneling) and would like to move away from passwords altogether. I use ssh tunneling to Windows servers as well using freessh.

that's very reasonable request. Most probably we will add support for SSH authentication via key file. Thanks!

The feature has been implemented. We've also implemented SSH Key Generation Wizard.
