I have installed TightVNC on a windows 2000 server and I am experiencing unusal results with VNC manager 3.0.27.1.  RDP works correctly, but when I try to use a VNC connection the following happens:

it opens as an RDP view and not the actual desktop view

the screen is visable but some of the icons and the system tray are on the opposite side of the screen

Mouse and Keyboard are not functional 

Any ideas?
