| Trying to uninstall VNC Manger, the latest release, we have run the uninstalled through the control panels add-remove programs, searched the registry, and entire c drive for all references to vnc or smartcode and removed all instances. When we reinstall the program, it still brings up all previous settings that we had before. What other files should we be looking for to remove before reinstalling the program to get a totally fresh install of it. Thanks.

By default, the registered computers list and the application settings are stored under the following folder:
%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Smart Code\VNC\Manager\
you cun just delete the folder.
