These Group Policy templates will let you configure the registry settings for RealVNC, TightVNC, and UltraVNC when applying a policy to the computers in Active Directory Users and Computers. Just add the templates under the administrative templates of a policy specified. It must be put under the Computer section and the User section to utilize all the policies.
