Yury brings over ten years
of experience in product development, project management and product design to SmartCode
Solutions. Prior to SmartCode Solutions, Yury held senior project management positions
at SWsoft, Inc. where he worked on numerous database and server management projects.
He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and a M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Moscow
Institute of Electronic Technology (Technical University).

Alexander is responsible for the overall technical strategy for the design and underlying
infrastructures of SmartCode Solutions's products.
He specializes in Microsoft programming including the latest .NET technologies and
is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer.

Rafail Boitcov, Sr. Software Consultant
Rafail is an expert in software application designing, client servers and database
implementation and has over 15 years experience. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional
(C#, MSSQL).
Rafail holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and a M.Sc. in Computer Science from the
Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
